By completing your purchase you acknowledge that the product is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. Refunds are granted at our discretion for genuine dissatisfaction with the product — not for change of mind after accessing the full contents.

HOW DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUNDS WORK

Because our products are delivered instantly as downloadable files, there is nothing to return. You do not need to delete the file or prove non-use to receive a refund — we simply process your request and issue the money back to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

PROCESSING TIME

Once a refund is approved you'll receive a confirmation email. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
